EB-5 News: Message from USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas 

In advance of today's Conversation with Director Mayorkas, which GT Attorney Dawn Lurie will attend at USCIS headquarters on the EB-5 Program, the USCIS released both the revised draft of the EB-5 policy memorandum as well as a redline version of the memo containing proposed changes to the program originally discussed in the November 2011 memorandum.
