Web Based LCA System

The Department of Labor’s, Employment and Training Administration division issued a final rule establishing electronic filing of labor condition applications on December 5, 2001. The rule also creates a new Form ETA 9035E, and facilitates frequent filings by the same employer. This new web based system will eliminate the need to fax in applications and will allow for companies who file large volumes of applications to keep common data resident on the system. The e-filing will eliminate the need for a hard copy filing with DOL.
